Fireplace Installation, Inside View 2
The fireplace has been installed, with a vent that terminates horizontally through the chimney chase. Next the sheetrock will be patched in to cover the framing hole at the top. The base for the raised hearth is in place, and will be covered with slate to provide extra seating in the room.
